Azure Collection Case Study
Azure Collection is an exclusive travel agency, specialising in premium, luxury holidays. They are based in Chester, Cheshire.
Giotto Group delivered a bright new office environment, completing a new office fit out in Azure’s listed building located on Castle Street, in the historic town of Chester.
The project included an impressive new reception area, glass partitions to provide light and airy inspirational spaces, an improved meeting room, updated office space to enhance the working environment for the team, and a newly refurbished kitchen.
First impressions count
A professional and smart reception area is vital for presenting your brand correctly and creating the right first impression for all visitors, whether they are clients or prospective employees. Furniture placement, decorations and space considerations were all part of the design so that visitors to Azure’s office have a positive experience the moment they step through the door.
Giotto recommended Polyflor Forest fx PUR, heavy commercial wood effect in vinyl in Brazilian Walnut finish for Azure’s reception area. It provides a hard wearing, abrasive and slip resistant surface whilst being very easy to maintain. Modern and attractive, it is the ideal flooring solution for a welcoming reception area.
Besides the comfort and practicality of the new reception area, the company’s brand colours and logo design feature prominently on the wall.
Commercial Carpeting
Desso business carpets are a leading European manufacturer of high-quality carpets and carpet tiles for commercial application. Azure chose Desso’s Flux broadloom carpet for its clean and elegant appearance. A heavy duty structured loop pile carpet, it is ideal for commercial office use.It has yarns in a linear pattern, adding a lively character and depth.
Glass for exterior and interior application
The project’s single glazed Mazzano frameless screens and doors were supplied by European Glass. European Glass supply all types of glass products for both exterior and interior architectural applications.
The fit out was completed by new UPVC windows, supplied by Osprey, that ensured the character, appearance and integrity of the listed building that is home to Azure Collection was preserved whilst improving thermal efficiency.
