Lancaster University Case Study

Working closely with LSA Projects Ltd, and Eric Wright Contractors Giotto’s brief consisted of the installation of Dalhem Ribba Linear ceiling panels. This system of ribbed lengths offered the client the beauty of solid wood and endless design possibilities to create an environment with the highest demand for design and appearance whilst offering long life, fire safety and acoustic properties.

In a busy student environment, flawless acoustics are increasingly important and the ability of the Dalhem Ribba system to neutralise reverberation in larges spaces offered a tailored solution. The linear systems throughout the floors contribute to the tactile splendour of the product whilst the warmth of the natural wood creates a tranquil and inviting environment.

This flexible ceiling system offered a creative solution to a modern interior design for this new multi functional Engineering building at the University. Ceilings for today and for the future.
