One Vision Housing Case Study

The Giotto Group was commissioned to undertake the fit out of One Vision Head office ground floor.

Working closely with their client, Giotto transformed One Vision’s ground floor of their head office into a multi functional area demonstrating an understanding of the client’s brief and the needs of their employees.

Embracing a predominately open plan design, the generous allocation of space accommodates a relaxed style cafeteria with areas for soft seating, internet access, a bistro bar and a dining area, complemented by a fully staffed kitchen.

Glass partitions enclose a gymnasium with an array of fitness equipment including a weights and a spinning facility installed alongside male and female showers and a games area. All furniture, fixtures and fittings were installed including equipment, flooring, graphic vinyl displays and soft furnishings.

All mechanical and electrical specifications were included.

A bespoke environment to encourage a healthy working ethos for the One Vision employees.

One Vision was awarded first place in the Sunday Times100 best non-profit organisation to work for list 2013 for staff satisfaction focusing on areas such as Health and Wellbeing, Leadership and Career Progression.
